Bukit Gambang Resort City CBR

My husband n I checked in this place on Saturday around 2.30pm after booking via Agoda. It was our first time here. Only 2 staff were at the reception and the queue was already building up and the front desk was filled with flies. They told us to wait for a call as check in was at 3pm. They did not bother calling housekeeping to check if any rooms were available. No calls received till 3pm. I had to wait at the reception for another 30mins to get my room key. I specifically booked a garden view room with 1 large bed but the officer did not bother to check that. Instead we got a car park view with 2 beds joined together. Curtains were torn, pillowcase were torn, mattress were torn and the bedsheet was stained. Only 1 (body wash,shampoo and conditioner) provided throughout our stay. Overcrowded pool without any sort of SOP for social distancing. It’s in house Oriental Oasis restaurant was not operational. The cafeteria was not opened in the afternoon for lunch but they had dinner buffet priced at RM38 - obviously we were not up for that. It’s just a huge badly maintained place. Would never go there again.

When i have internship in Imperia College, i live in Bukit Gambang Resort City (BGRC) its placed in Pahang district. In BGRC there are so many accommodation and facilities like an apartment, swimming pool, restaurants, outbound area, zoo / safari park, homestay, parking area, play ground, water park and much more. So if you have time for holiday just come and enjoy this place and the service.

Stayed over for 2 nights for work. Room was large but very bare. Bedding was very basic with one pillow. Bathroom was large but also bare. Shower leaking at the wall mounting so there was a mini waterfall but water pressure was still ok. Toilet paper was wet when I entered the room. 2 strands of hair was left on soap dish. I suspect that left over food was served for next meal. Choice of dishes were few and doesn't taste great at all. Upon arrival, we were not allowed to stop at lobby to drop off heavy luggage. We kept being chased to enter the car park instead. Given a choice, will not go back.
