I have been staying for 3 times in this hotel. Everytime i travel to Penang, I have no doubt to choose this place repeatedly. Their excellent services from front door, front desk, buffet services, I can't mention it. It's absolutely satisfying. The hotel and location is comforting. I'll give this hotel a 5 star rate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
