Sri Sayang Resort Service Apartments

We loved our apt! Clean / well maintained pool, easy check in & out, security staff was helpful and very efficient. Location was excellent (close walk to amenities and restaurants) although there’s not a lot to do in Batu Ferringhi. Beach was closed. Would absolutely recommend stay here again.

I am the owner of one of the apartments in Sri Sayang and I do not rent out my apartment. I am on the Management Committee so I know what I am talking about. The problem with Sri Sayang is that rentals are handled by many different agents or directly by some owners. Some are in and an appalling state. Of the 75% of apartments that are rented out, only about 20% have been renovated and those are mostly excellent. There are good and bad agents and caring or disinterested owners. So if you are leaving a review, PLEASE state the unit number and the name of the Agent, if you rented through one. Name and shame the bad units and reward the good agents and owners!

Do not book here. The worst apartment ever. The first one Aircon was spoil. Change the second house. I feel like staying in a dumpster. Aircon was ok but the picture says everything. Was paying RM153 for one nite. Should booked a motel. Fridge was so filthy dirty with mole.
