Tanjung Bungah Beach

I was woken up at 5am in the morning from very loud music from outside. The hotel room I am staying at #420 had poor sound proof system and woke me up immediately. Upon calling the night manager they finally sent someone up in twenty minutes. Unfortunately, the hotel's security staff were also very loud when handling the situation, especially noise coming from the pager. It was such a poor experience and I cannot fall asleep again. I asked the night manager to provide the general manager, Lynne Choong's email but he refused to do so. I don’t understand how hospitality works at your hotel and as an accor gold guest that I am refused of a good night of sleep and access to general manager. I does not make me feel welcomed as a guest at this hotel at all. Front desk manager Noor was unable to provide any customer service and dismissed my complaint as “situation beyond control”. Good luck staytat this mercure hotel that is if you want any sleep at all! With people that knows nothing about hospitality Location also bad for tourists, far away from all sightseeing places, hard to call rides and no ATM on site. Rooms were old and outdated. Gym has no AC and was like 40 degrees

This hotel operates a very loud disco on the top floor so don’t stay here if you want to sleep. The rooms are nice but the customer service is terrible. I will not stay here again, ever.
