Fair Park Hotel is divided into two sections, and we stayed in the newer wing. Our room was much better than expected: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay. The layout is very unique, with an elevator in the lobby taking guests to the third floor of the older building, followed by a short walk to the elevator in the new wing. That elevator also goes down to the car park, so access should be easy for guests with disabilities. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and accomodating throughout our visit. There are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance, including the excellent Hadramot Tent restaurant right next door. We had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. For comfort, cleanliness, helpful service, and a convenient location, Fair Park Hotel deserves five stars.

This Fair Park Hotel has two parts and we were given a room in the new section. The room was much better than we expected and very comfortable. We extended our stay because we liked this hotel very well. There is an elevator in the lobby and it will bring you to the 3rd floor in the older building. From there it is a short walk to the elevator in the new building. That elevator goes to the car park as well. So there is no problem for handicapped guests The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. There are many eateries in the area within walking distance. One of the best is next door, the Hadramot Tent restaurant. We certainly had a great stay in this clean and comfortable hotel.

We have paid significantly more for worse service. Why the five points? The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and we had a new, renovated one. In my opinion, the price and performance match perfectly and from this point of view the hotel deserves the five points. Our thanks also go to Segur for his tips and his courteous manner.
