1. Customer Service: The staff at the registration counter were not friendly at all—very unwelcoming with sour expressions. No warmth or professionalism upon check-in. Bell service was also disappointing—no assistance was offered with luggage or belongings; staff simply ignored guests. 2. Room Condition: • Toilet: Dirty and poorly maintained. • Towels: Old, thin, and honestly quite unpleasant to use. • Linen & Bedding: Bedsheets and pillows were thin, worn out, and felt unhygienic. • Couch Area: The cushions and pillows on the couch were super dirty—stained, dusty, and very uninviting. • Overall Cleanliness: The room was not clean, felt neglected and uncomfortable. 3. Public Facilities: • Reception Area Toilet: Extremely dirty, shockingly unhygienic with visible waste. • OKU Toilet: Not flushed, smelly, and totally unacceptable for public use. Overall Verdict: The hotel is in serious need of proper cleaning, refurbishment, and basic staff training. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The room is old and poorly maintained. Many water leaks in the bathroom. Carpet stained and aged And the air conditioning compressor is very noisy and stuck to the chamber partition. Brief Pension that falls into decline I recommend you run away.

We arrived late at night from JB and were pleased to find a nice room with a comfortable king-size bed. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the shower glass door and wall in the toilet could have been better. Additionally, there was some noise from the air conditioning compressor. Despite these minor inconveniences, we managed to get a deep sleep due to our exhaustion. Our room had a view facing a nearby shoplot, and the hotel's proximity to a petrol station made it convenient for refueling after a long-distance drive. The breakfast was truly awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options and a spectacular view. It was the perfect way to refresh ourselves after a long journey the previous night. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef En Nizam, who was exceptionally nice. It's worth mentioning that there was an additional charge of 38 nett for the breakfast of a third person. The hotel also provided a welcome drink voucher, which we used in the morning before checking out. The lounge was a pleasant surprise, offering a great selection of ice cream, cookies, biscuits, coffee, and tea. This was a delightful offering for a non-international brand hotel, surpassing our expectations compared to bigger brand hotels. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience!
