Sunway Lost World Hotel

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The staff, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams, were hospitable and accommodating toward the elderly family members in our group. While the room itself is showing its age (particularly the bathroom doors, which show moisture damage) and our hot water wasn't working well, the warmth and care of the team made our experience a memorable one. Pro tip: If you're planning to stay here, upgrade to a higher-tier room; it's definitely worth it for a better experience! Thanks team, we are very grateful for your hospitality! :D

Stay was beyond pleasant. Warmly greeted by staff upon arrival especially by Mr Jit. Reception staff Mr Asykal and Ms Puteri were very friendly , accommodative and informative. Checked into the family room which was superb for kids and elderly. Staff were very happy and prompt to assist with extending another night’s stay at the hotel. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
