I have nightmare experience stay here, room no, 138, 148, 425, 436, lizard everywhere, tahi cicak penuh, room smelly. dust. tilam smell hancing, no hot water, even lift smell pee. Swimming pool very dirty, can see cigarette butt, the floor is broken. My advice dont stay here.

If you looking for a calm, greenary goft view....u could request for window view...good space....have kettle,mini freeze, microvave, ironing equitment,washing tub and tv. only provide one soup and two big towers. i got 50percent discount during ramaddan. Worth for weekend run away ...just need well maintenance. need your own transport around 10 minutes to AEON, TAIPING MALL AND STORE SHOPPNG supermarket.

Too many things wrong. We checked in on a Monday after confirming that we were going there a week earlier. No one had prepared the Jana chalet we were given. At the entrance, on the floor mat were two dead lizards with lots of ants greeting us. One of the pillow cases had blood stains on it. We asked for the bed sheets and pillow cases to be changed. It took a while but to the credit of the man who came, he was courteous, apologetic and efficient, including wiping the dust from various places. There was hardly any toilet paper left. Earlier, we had trouble finding the reception as there were no signages to the place. The receptionist was not much help either as vital information was not given to us but only when we asked: who do we contact for housekeeping; who do we contact in case of emergency (since the reception closes at 5 or 6pm). The next morning when we went for breakfast, we found the eatery was opened only at 8am. We had assumed it would be opened from 7am as most places. The problem with this place are there are no signages, the staff are not well trained to provide info, the management should think about warning guests who choose to check in on weekdays or warn them that services are lacking on weekdays.
