This hotel is really disgusting, the check-in experience is so bad that it makes people infuriating! I was still sleeping in the morning. Someone rushed into the room without knocking without my consent and woke me up on the spot. Sense of security was gone directly. When I went to the front desk to ask for an explanation, I insisted that it was cleaning. I only sent a picture so thick that I couldn't see the person clearly. I couldn't confirm my identity at all. At first, he said that he could transfer the surveillance to me, but in the evening, he found various excuses, using privacy as an excuse for refusing to provide video recording. There was really no way for me to call the police directly, and the police issued a list to order the hotel to transfer its surveillance, but it was a pity that I couldn't catch the plane the next morning to check it on the spot. Afterwards, the hotel contacted me blindly and muddy, and refused to give any valid proof. Even if it is really cleaning, it is outrageous to break into the guest room without notice. Who can guarantee the identity of the guest? The whole process of handling attitude perfunctory and cheating, safety management is a mess, do not take guest privacy and personal safety seriously, this life will not come again, sincerely advise everyone to avoid lightning!

Large room with a view of the construction, but it is everywhere. Comfortable bed. Very noisy air conditioning. Very average buffet breakfast. Cold dishes. Very convenient laundry service.

Check in was efficient with polite, professional and friendly staff. There's a luggage storage area in the lobby, but it isn't a separate room and is accessible by anyone walking by. The room was spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable bed and a good shower. Great sleep with no internal or external noise disruption. There is a working safe which is free to use within the room. We only had breakfast in the hotel, which was good and a wide variety of choice - something for everyone. There is a pool and a pool bar on the roof of the hotel which was clean and tidy. There is one small downside, which would not stop us staying here again. There is a new building being erected immediately in front of The Grandis, which is spoiling the views across the bay to the islands. The great view will be significantly impacted once the new building is complete. There are cranes very close to The Grandis and constant noise during the day. Recommended
