All good accept for the room, The room appeared neat and tidy at first. However, when I checked for dust on the main desk, bedside table, wooden ledge, TV shelf, and headboard, I found a significant amount of dust after wiping the surfaces with my finger. I hope the room service and housekeeping team can be more thorough and clean these hard-to-reach areas more frequently to ensure the room is completely dust-free. I am allergic to dust, and it has made it difficult for me to sleep at night. It also caused a runny nose. I reported the issue and the room was cleaned, but unfortunately, the problem still persists. This version is polite yet clearly communicates your concern. If you're submitting it as a hotel complaint or review, I can also make it sound firmer or more formal.

Nice ambiance with clean environment, nice and fast customer service to assist me during the check-in process. Also, good facilities for me to enjoy while staying at the hotel.

This place offers grest service. Food great and staff very helpful. The establishment is a little date but it is very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal with mist things within walking distance. The view from my lounge is to die for.
