The place is convenience. Very close to the Pasar Malam Sinsuran, a walking distance. Close to Jesselton Point Jetty, if you take Grab, only MYR4. The room is clean enough, a bit of cigarette smell...

I was here back in May for about 3 nights. The location is good, easy to get food around the hotel and a convenience store just opposite the hotel. Not to mention there is a nightmarket every night...
