I’ve stayed here a bunch of times recently for my business trips to Labuan—2 nights in April, a long 15-night stay in May, and 2 nights in July. It has honestly become my favorite place to stay in the area!The rooms are huge and really comfortable, which is exactly what you need after a long day of work. The Wi-Fi is rock-solid and super stable, a massive plus for business travelers. I also loved the buffet breakfast—so many options and everything tasted great.The absolute best part of this hotel is the team. Huge thanks to Lilyana and Jeacksoone at the front desk, and Danial! They are incredibly helpful, always smiling, and constantly go out of their way to make you feel like a VIP. They truly made me feel right at home.Just a quick heads-up on the facilities: they do have a swimming pool, though I didn't get a chance to try it out. They also have a gym, but it's pretty tiny and basic, so I wouldn't really recommend it if you're looking for a serious workout.Overall, I love this place and the amazing staff. I’ll definitely be recommending it to all my family and friends visiting Labuan!
