The hotel is located a few meters from the Waterfront, it is a safe area. The apartment was large and very comfortable, with a small kitchen to make a tea or coffee (you can not enter food or cook) The worst · You can see that the hotel has had its splendour in another time; the entrance hall looks majestic, there is a lot of marble, granite and wood work but, nevertheless, it lacks maintenance. It could be seen that they had made arrangements, such as in the bathroom, but they had not calculated the heights because the bathtub had remained at a height that a bench was needed to enter and exit:). The armchair of the apartment shouted for cleaning, the carpets (which in a moment will have been of quality) were worn and discolored and the bottom of the bathroom curtain was darkened by the remains of soap; you had to open the shower carefully because a jet of water came out of the side that wet the whole bathroom. There are no plugs near the bed to charge the celu and managing to turn on the lights was quite difficult because they are operated from a board (very of the 70s); so we did not manage to turn on some lights. The wicked wifi and TV was not smart, so you could see only the cable channels. It has a nice pool, although small; the water very clean, but the surroundings quite neglected. Not to mention the children's play area on the 8th floor; of terror! The place was dirty and leaking pipes passed above the games (see photos). What would be the space for physical activity (also floor 8) was a waste area for building materials, wood and veneers. The photos of the buffet that the hotel publishes must be from some event because we didn't see any of that.

Worst experience, not 4 star. Dusty and mouldy, on 10th Jan 2026 no running water at all, cannot use toilet, nearby mall and hotel has water available. No solution from management. The management is not trustworthy and irresponsible towards basic necessities of hotel guest.

The structure itself very beautiful, but completely abandoned to itself. The lobby is discreetly kept, while the apartments are a mess. The one assigned to us presented various places with mold and the smell was bad. The next apartment had stains on the carpet, sofa and chairs. the insulation of the windows was pierced in various parts and the windows dirty. The swimming pool looking abandoned. The breakfast expensive and unhappy. By itself I would have given 2 if it had not a great location and a relatively low cost.
