Seri Simanggang Hotel

Our expectations at this hotel were low, and they were not exceeded, sadly. Reception is friendly but it's all a bit 2 star standard. Our room was less than special. Decoration poor, bed broken, bathroom average. Frankly rather a depressing place to be. Breakfast is so bad it's funny. We are staying here to visit a tribal Longhouse, otherwise its best to sidestep this accommodation.

We stayed over for two nights during a road trip from Miri to Kuching. There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The staff was ready with a trolley to help us unload the car and bring it to the room. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. All the facilities like air conditioning, hot water, internet and electrical items were all working well. Breakfast was plentiful but the hot food items could have been kept warmer. Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel is the bighest in Sri Aman. It has a good location at the hotel lobby you can see Chicago Chicken and SCR. KFC is on the right if you walk out from hotel and there is a food court nearby. Public laundry is easily available nearby. Check in is fast with the friendly staff st the reception. The room I stay, Deluxe Twin is very spacious. I t has a mini fridge but no slippers or toothbrush, bring your own. A hairdryer is provided..I love the spacious modern bathroom which is very clean too. You can book your room with or without breakfast, much cheaper if included as they charge 25.00 a person. I personally recommrnd this hotel
