SOMERSET GATEWAY

The check in counter of the hotel is located on the 6th floor and we have to find our way to the hotel entrance on 4th floor. It is really poor way finding with no concierge service as the staggered and interrupted service is most unwelcoming for a hotel at the CBD area of kuching .

Suitable place for family trip who in budget. The bedroom is comfortable and huge. The apartment is near the heart of kuching city where traveller can reach just by walking. All necessities and food hunting easy to find around the StayInn Gateway.

Location was the best, close to river banks and center. Topspot food center within 5 min walk. The room has everything you can ask for, we were surprised by the choice offered for breakfast, however every hot items on offer was plain cold, which was a shame really. Staff was really helpful and nice, rooftop swimming pool nice, but it was impossible to use it on week end days as it was full of kids and families. For those reasons we chose to rate "average" and also because the Wifi is limited or non existent.
