Tune Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya

Good location..comfortable..room spacious

What they say and do, was entirely misleading. When we booked online, it was mentioned that three of us can stay in one room with an extra bed. When we got there, it was untrue. So we got an extra room. Both rooms were musty, no phone and we had to use our own phones. No mineral bottles. No cupboard. The toilet was outdated, Forget about shower soap!! The bedsheet and even the pillows were disgusting. We didn't complain as we only stayed one night. It may be in a convenient location, nearer to airport(as we flew from SG to KL for a relative wedding)but to get a decent breakfast was out as the mall nearby opens at 10.00am. So please think again if you are planning to go there! For the price, it would be better in KL city centre hotels!!

Room was of decent size, staff at the counter were very friendly and provide good service. However, the amenities provided were a bit lacking. We had a bath towel that was so worn and tattered I couldn't even use it for a rag! There was no basic toiletries provided (not even hand soap) except for a bottle of body/shampoo in the bath. The provided breakfast pack was miserable - lot of coconut rice, some curry, sambal chilli, bits of ikan billis and peanut and a hard boiled egg. Not very palatable.
