Kajang Star Hotel

Me and my wife arrived Kajang town around 11pm and this hotel is next to the main road. I couldnt find aother hotel and stay for night before move to Eco hotel just next building. Overall was okey but I think the management need to do somethings about the defect room. The staff have to be more service oriented and I saw only Indian staff working there but there are friendly... The WIFI only available at the reception area...

You get what you pay for The overall for the hotel good for me, just not comfortable if you stay there without any transport. Nearby have KFC restaurant, banks and petrol station as a mart. That's all i want to say

I book a room using Booking.com. When my family and I reach the hotel, the staff inform not received my reservation but anyway they find a room for us to stay at last. Besides, I am not satisfied with the free wifi provided because it cannot connected and the staff inform too many customer use wifi and should be ok at midnight. The condition of the room is acceptable with air cond and hot water shower, but some insects like ants and cockroach are found crawling at the wall. However there is friendly staff who help us during our stay in Hotel.
