We stay here at 21 sept 2026 for 2 days. The room is clean and spacious. The strange the Ng for us is there are no water and no amenities in the bathroom. You must apply for free the toothpaste, shower cap etc at the front office and fill thexwater from the dispenser outside your room. The annoying one is the sound of the train passing bellow my room. There is a railway outside my room. So the sound is really disturbing.

We stayed at Armada hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is walkable to Asia Jaya station (from KL Sentral). Our stay was very comfortable, with the hotel staff providing the needed amenities when requested. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable & our room was clean / neat. There wasn't much noise & we had a peaceful stay. The staff at the front desk were courteous as well. Overall a nice stay & we would love to stay with them again. Beware of the rush hour traffic. It took just over an hour to reach the hotel from the airport by Grab taxi. In hindsight, maybe the KLIA express would've saved some time.

Enter the first room and found out the bed liner is dirty, stains is everywhere. I’ve requested to ask housekeeping change the bed liner for me, waiting 20min no show up and I called again. 15 min later still the same and I requested to change the room. Once I got in the second room and realized the bed liner hv the same problem but wasn’t that bad as the first room. It really makes me feel not comfortable. After check out back home to unpack my stuff and I realized my charger has left in the room, so I call up to ask the staff keep for me and I will come to pick up later. But the staff said they didn’t found it. I’m pretty sure that I left in the room, if they didn’t found it which means 1 of their members took it without mention. So I really doubt this hotel security and the staff discipline. Will not come back at all and will let my friends and family know it too.
