New Town Hotel Sunway Metro, Bandar Sunway

Walking distance to Sunway Hotel, Pyramid and Lagoon. Just some noise due to the pub around that area but it's cheap so I didn't expect much. Overall, the stay was good. Convenient place for a short stay.

They mistakenly gave someone else identity card after my check in prosess on 18th May 2018. I admited that is my mistake do not double-check afterward my id. But the most terrible, they even do not manage to make a phone call or try to seek the owner of identity card after 5days. Do not the curious for someone id on their table? The receiptionist working on 22th May at 4pm dont even bother to say sorry when I came to get my id card.

Good service with decent location. Rooms are incredibly small, but can't complain with the price we are paying for. Many parts in the toilet however were not maintained well. Room was not too clean as well, hair around bedsheets and floors. Corridor has odd odour and the room walls are almost paper thin.
