I booked this place because it was near the KLIA2 - meaning transportation would not be too expensive going there and back to the airport. We only had an overnight stay at Malaysia to catch a connecting flight to Yogyakarta the following afternoon. The hotel was something like 10 to 15 minutes away. Checking it was not bad as we booked through an online facility. We were required to make a 50 ringit deposit the key - which was promptly return upon checking out.
It turns out the hotel was located in a row of shop houses. Our room was at the building behind the one where they had the front desk. So we had to go to the rear of the building, cross an alley where people would normally make deliveries and the enter the rear of the building and walk towards what would be the front of that building.
The room was adequate, no water bottle in the room but there was a cooler where you could refill your bottle of water (I really liked that). We had problems charging our devices because Malaysia uses outlets that were not compatible with our chargers. There should be some advice to travelers about this. Fortunately we found one outlet that we could use.
The side of the bed where I was sleeping was worn out and very uncomfortable. If the management could just flip the be over, perhaps I would have slept much better.
There were restos nearby so food was no problem. Convenience store also located next to the hotel was - well, convenient.
What I liked most was the taxi service from hotel to KLIA2. It was very reasonable.
