De Palma Inn Shah Alam

It's become my 3rd time staying in De Palma Shah Alam. I come for my business trip again. It's always one of the good choice to stay at Shah Alam. There is a new look at the lobby with mini grand piano located at lobby so the guess can play. It has a more classy look. I booked deluxe twin room, and the front desk team always very kind helping me to upgrade the room to Deluxe King. the Room was clean, equipped with ironing equipment, water kettle, mineral water, complimentary coffee-tea. And I stayed in a room with window and view to the back of the hotel. Just to comment, I always have to request front desk to ask the housekeeping staff to clean the room even we already switched ON the indicator in the room. Overall please keep improving and wish all the management n staff success.

The hotel is small boutique hotel room amenities good and the room look big but the cleanliness really poor should improve and towels in the room should upgrade as well. Stay for 2 nights and is cost around 390+ but the level of cleanliness is poor. Eat at coffee house and saw big rat running out. Feel very uncomfortable.

Check in on Wednesday,10 April. Room, air conditioning not working. Cockroaches in the room. No warm water to take shower. They change me 3 rooms in just 1 day after each time complaining. Took extra money for the room cause it was public holiday. Paid expensive for this 4 star hotel, where service and maintenance is very bad. Should be downgraded for this hotel. What a shame. Never i would recommend this hotel to my friends in Malaysia and foreigners.
