Was here over the weekend with kids for their dance competition. The rooms were functional and everything worked well though the hotel is a little dated. Also like the location which is beside the quiet corner of the lake yet close enough to the bustling SS15 student town, The front desk was overwhelmed with the surge of check in guests, it would be great if they can get the key cards ready in future to prevent long waiting time to check in,

Although this review is a little late, I still wanted to share my wonderful experience at Dorsett Grand Subang. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location is also convenient, with a FamilyMart just nearby for any quick snacks or essentials. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
