great place to escape from city with family. Not so popular island in Malaysia, so if u like place not so crowded this one of the best choice. Overall good, room clean 4 out of 5 Just don't get it why the resort didnt set a water tap before enter to the rooms building. Suggest to bring ur own alcohol drinks here other wise will need to have 20 minutes walk to get it.

2 things are bad based on my experience. First is the customer service. my wife just have a look on the buffet section and a girl the came to my wife said “you have to pay first”. In the first place my wife just want to have a look the buffet food that they offered before pay Rm30. To me is an insult. second the room is dirty especially on the pillow.

Had a bad experience on our 1st half of our arrival day. Was given a foul smell room (room 037) ground floor. Told the receptionist (malay young lady with a cat eye make up) to change our room, no common sense at all to apologize. We finally got a new room which is on the 1st floor of the green building. Food were so-so, fruits were not fresh, vegetables as well. cleanliness of room not that good. There were blood stain on the bed sheet and also urine smell. The only good thing about this so called resort are the fire show, the boys are awesome! Please take this constructive critism as a ladder to improve your service and cleanliness of the so called 4 star resort. And please watch guests who fed fishes with bread which is not a right thing to do!
