The island that you do not expect, that exceeds all expectations, after so many hours of travel and especially how to get there by boat to adventure Resort with sea view room, private access directly on the beach, sleep with the windows open and hear the sound of the sea, a dream 😍💙

I have never encountered more incompetent staff than this one. Upon arrival by boat they left us on the beach to wait for someone to pick us up for an hour even though we had called them twice no one showed up and we had to walk two kilometers along the beach under the sun with our 20kg suitcases. The breakfast tables are dirty and dented. The bedrooms are never cleaned unless you go to them in reception and stress every day to have it cleaned! On the day of our departure they almost made us miss the ferry back to Kuala Terengganu because they took us to a different port than the one where we were supposed to catch the boat. Really a bad experience!!!!

The resort is in an unbeatable location: Long Beach, one of the most beautiful in Redang. From the beach it is perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape without impacting it visually. It has a nice pool on the beach, well maintained. The rest of the report would be five stars, but unfortunately it is left to an incomprehensible degradation. The rooms are very spacious, spartan, floors, linens and bathroom fixtures clean despite everything being very old. I do not recommend the meals because they are also very approximate. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The organized excursions are nice and prices are normal. If the goal is to spend a few days in a relationship by the sea with a beautiful beach and enjoy the natural beauty without expecting great comfort, this is the right place for you. If you aspire to the 5-star report, omnicomfort where you can be pampered and replaced with delicious food, look elsewhere.
