"I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on 6/7/26. I checked in at 3:30 PM and was assigned a room that had a strong, musty, and unpleasant odor. The room condition was completely unacceptable and uninhabitable. Although your staff offered a room change, I declined as the overall hygiene standards were questionable, and I had no confidence that another room would be any better. I checked out at 4:40 PM, having stayed for barely over an hour. Given that I could not utilize the room due to poor maintenance, I request a full refund for my booking. I look forward to your prompt response."

Heater wasn't functioning, tried calling the receptionist but phone wasn't functioning too. Walked down, receptionist was obliging towards the complain and got a technician to fix it. Before sleeping, tried to off the bed lampshades but the on off button has also malfunctioned. Toilet has lots of stains. It's okay for the hotel to be old, but don't compromise on cleanliness and repairs! The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 stars is because receptionist was receptive to my comments and because I'm giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt because the bed sheets and flooring seemed reasonably clean.

It’s a very relaxing place. Nearby china town you can find all type of Chinese food here just a walking distance. Grab car very convenient to get here. Don’t miss fish snacks it’s a signature food here.
