The worse. I really don't know where to begin. I'm still in the resort actually. They planned the itinerary for you as early as 8.30am but kept you awake at night with the worse singers in the world! Ironically, they put a rule during check in which stated, DO NOT MAKE NOISE AFTER 10PM. BUT THEY MAKE NOISE TILL MIDNIGHT! DEFINITELY NOT FOR KIDS COZ YOU CAN'T MAKE THEM SLEEP! And don't get me started with the bed. The bed is like sleeping on the cement floor!!! The worse. If there's zero star, I would put it. Whoever booked this so called unworthy resort, good luck to you!

I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the beach is beautiful, the service, especially from the staff, left much to be desired. The only standout was Christina, who went above and beyond, doing everything she could to ensure I had a pleasant stay. She was truly the exception to the otherwise unaccommodating staff.
One of the most surprising and frustrating moments was when I inquired about the service to the jetty. I was told they didn’t offer it, only to see a group being transported there earlier that morning. It felt as though the service was selectively provided, which left me feeling unwelcome, especially as a solo traveler.
Moreover, if I hadn’t asked about the restaurants, I wouldn't have known that food was included in my payment. Similarly, if I hadn’t asked about the Wi-Fi, I wouldn’t have been told that they offer it. It’s as if you have to ask for everything before they let you know anything. It's just frustrating.
Additionally, the room was another letdown—it was uncomfortable, lacking basic features like a double lock, and certainly not worth the high price. In fact, it's one of the most expensive stays I’ve had in Southeast Asia, but definitely not the most memorable in a positive way. It was an uncomfortable stay, and it’s hard to ignore that for such a high rate, the experience should’ve been far better.
Now I understand why this place isn’t well-known among travelers. The staff is not friendly, and the service is lacking in many areas. It's really disappointing, as the location has so much potential, but the poor service overshadowed any positives. I expected much more for the price, and sadly, I won't be returning.
