Lux Grand Gaube

Last week we made a return visit to Lux Grand Gaube. we were greeted on arrival by the charming Elena. After the formalities and a welcome drink our butler Akshay came to meet us at the reception area. As our villa was not yet ready we went and have a delicious lunch at BB's, sitting under the shade of huge Banyan tree. After lunch our butler accompanied us to the villa. The ocean villa has a beautiful view of the bay, with its own heated pool, two large bedrooms ,sitting room and and outdoor bath. All areas inside the villa were immaculately clean. There was also some beautiful welcome gifts in the villa for us, which we really enjoyed. The villa is very tranquil away from the main hotel area perfect for relaxing. Later in the afternoon we were greeted by our second butler Rupesh who took care of our early evening drinks and bookings for restaurants and spa. nothing was too much trouble for them, Service and food in all the restaurants were very good. we had a perfect steak cooked by Chef Pedro in Inti. Chef Deepuck and Chef Ramen made us beautiful and delicious dishes including a super dinner on the beach. Staff at Lux Grand Gaube are all so helpful a few names to mention Jason, Dirhen , John,Rishi ,Ashwin, Yasser, Ricardo and Edith , Percy, Gobin to name but a few. The Spa treatments were such delightful experience delivered by Joanne and team. Super team. We had a wonderful stay where nothing was too much trouble . Our thanks to all the team for a fantastic stay. Look forward to our next visit.

Our first time visit to Lux Grand Gaube very stunning infrastructure on 30th June 2026 for a dinner for 2 with Mon Coeur❤️ at Le Palm Court .We were well received at the gate and directed to Lobby where Madhvi take good care of us from the start to end at all time ,she explained the dishes and also gave us a good table to be seated. We were served by Thierry very reliable and was assisted all through our dinner by The Outstanding gentleman Host Ashwin for his politeness, knowledge, kindness and explained about the Lux brand concept and the renovation etc... and also how to start with the food,a special thanks to the consultant Parvesh i think i forgot his name not sure .also to Aniket at counter and the 2 adorable cuties serving on dessert counter .All the food was amazing tasteful and fresh💯 Really had a good time also an amazing place .Keep it up. Well done 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at LUX* Grand Gaube. Everything was perfect, but we especially want to warmly thank Chef Deepack for his professionalism and kindness. Always smiling and attentive to our needs, he was able to anticipate all our expectations. He is a golden person who contributes greatly to the magic of this hotel. It is rare and precious to meet a person of such human quality, so dedicated to making his guests happy. The dishes he prepared for us are simply the best we have ever tasted.
