Pueblo Bonito Pacifica

First time yoga class with Cristian was informative and balancing. I liked the mind clearing and breathing and philosophical approach to the class over postures.

The hotel was a hit and a miss. It’s quite old and needs updating. We called maintenance every day. The first day our toilet got clogged, the second day the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the third night the fan started making a creaking noise in the middle of the night that woke us up. The food was much better than most Cabo hotels and service was amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly we had Martin pool side and all the bartenders at the pool bar went above and beyond. It was my husband’s 50th and they sent a cake to the room but on the wrong day. We also came with two seniors and got to the hotel at 1pm but they didn’t have the rooms ready till 3 even though I had called earlier to let them know that we needed one ADA room. They were exhausted and the wait made it difficult for them in the heat. It’s also a very quiet hotel. If you want peace, chill and relax this is the hotel for you. All in all if you’re coming with three seniors like we did it was a great hotel for this type of trip.

We visited Peblo B Pacifica August 12th 4 days for the 3 time in 5 years . This trip was not enjoyable like in the past years unfortunately. We were scammed out of our cash payment at the steakhouse and then it was charged to our room account, the same thing happened at the resort Mercantile store . There is also a visitors tax that was implemented in July. It feels like everything has changed and everybody’s trying to scam you out of more money, which is extremely disappointing We never paid the hotel and an additional $750 to upgrade our room after being disappointed. Grey line travel company was deceiving on the transportation we were picked up first and then had to pick up five additional people, and then the driver requested that we pay him directly to take the toll road three dollars per person. If not, he was going to take the slow route… It was one thing after another that made this trip disappointing and disappointing for Cabo.
