Royal Solaris Los Cabos

The resort is pleasant, but the all-inclusive experience is quite disappointing. During the day, the food options are limited to hot dogs and pizza. For dinner, the situation is even worse. They claim to offer a variety of restaurants, but most of them are always closed. To make matters worse, you have to reserve your table through an app that doesn’t work, and if you try to ask the front desk staff to help with the reservation they are completely unhelpful. It seems that the resort prioritizes the satisfaction of its members and provides them with the best experience, while neglecting the needs and concerns of other guests.

My friend and I were at Solaris for a day, and honestly, we had a great time; I love visiting Solaris as it always has a good atmosphere and something new to do. My favorite part is the entertainment; every time I go, the whole team welcomes me in the best way. SEBASTIÁN, TINO, DANIEL, AND LUNA 10/10 always have the best attitude and include you in everything that is happening during the day; they have very good activities and are excellent entertainers. On the other hand, the pool service by AYB is of high quality, MARIANO (Dani), RAMÓN, MEMO, RULO. And at the Pool bar. PIÑA (I forgot the name of the other bartender) excellent service and the drinks are very tasty❤️ José Luis's service at the towel station is of high quality; he always finds me a spot to be comfortable and always greets me with a smile ✨ The pizzas are also my favorites. Every time I go, I have a really cool time, thanks to all the staff for making sure one has a good time during the stay.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal Hotel Solaris! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The resort was beautiful, clean, and full of activities for all ages. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the all-inclusive experience made our vacation completely stress-free. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Alberto from Transportation for making our arrivals and departures smooth and easy, Omar the Bell Boy for his kindness and helpfulness, Ricardo at Reception for his professionalism and warm welcome, Palmar our Waiter for his exceptional service and friendly attitude, and Paola the Greeter for always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home. These team members went above and beyond to make our family vacation memorable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and dedication.
