Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort

The service is unreal. We visited during an extremely hot time and that did not keep the staff from working extremely hard, genuinely caring and attending to your needs, and being so welcoming and friendly and outgoing! The room was beautiful and very well thought out. Most of the food was wonderful but if you are a foodie then it may not be up to par to your standards. They did have many different options for cuisine. Our favorite was the asian restaurant with hibachi, Himitsu. The resort was very clean and well kept. Pool was a little warm for how hot it was but better than being too cold! Pool can get a little loud in the afternoon but everyone is pretty respectful of space. We can’t wait to visit other Secrets locations as we heard from so many people staying there how incredible they all are.

The food here was horrible and very limited. Don’t get the preferred club. It’s not worth the hype and there was hardly any concierge services.

We just returned from another great visit at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos. Staff is great, Service was great. The only issue was the Hyatt App gave incorrect days for Oceana being open for dinner.
