Very poor service from the moment you arrive, one of the worst experiences in hotels, bad treatment from the reception staff, poor training of the staff.

Room well overall, breakfast buffet well. Very bad lunch food. Boneless very dry and buffalo sauce very acidic and strong, inedible. Grilled chicken breast rare texture, vegetables sautéed in “butter” had unappetizing flavorings. Sandwich club with chicken had very little protein and very dry potatoes, they lacked dressings. I understand hotel prices but it's not right to pay about $800 mx for three pretty bad dishes.
