The staff was very friendly no doubt in that. The hotel is old needs mega remodel and even though the room was clean the halls were filthy, the windows haven’t been clean in years, water stop running, we had to call the front desk, floors were cracked . I would not recommend it there are newer hotels near by.

My daughter and I had a great time, also Sunday buffet was amazing, definitely we are staying in this place again. Thank you for the hospitality

I liked the vibe of this hotel. The pool lighted up at night in different colors. I stayed in the tower room 622 that had a balcony. I asked for a mini fridge and I received one. The pillows were labeled downlite and they were king size and pillow top mattress made for a comfortable stay. The staff really do a great job to accommodate your needs. The front office staff called a taxi for me printed out my boarding passes. Saul gave me pointers on a good chinese restaurant . Thomas helped me with luggage, taxi, or just answering any questions I had. The cafeteria staff made me feel important. The food was delicious. The Italian restaurant was very nice. The shrimp fettuccine was fresh. The shrimp were good size and by the time I took a photo half were gone. There are words of advice. Do not step out of the shower and go by the sink as I had a bad fall and busted me knee up. I would hope the hotel would get a non skid mat. The other issues is my tv wasn't smart. It was a larger LG. Only 2 English speaking channels. Closed caption only in Spanish. I did see other devices streaming YouTube in other rooms. I wish my room had that option. No alarm clocks or microwaves but they have room service. You can order Uber eats and walk to the front for pick up. They do have a small store for beverages, sunscreen,and snacks. I didn't see any soda machines and that would've been more convenient. They do have ice machines.
