Yes it is under renovation, but let me tell, they updated the look of the rooms, fresh paint, the beds are new the tv super big, all new different Hotel, staying over night and have breaskfast in the morning, was by far best decision, breakfast so delicious it really took me back when my Mom used to cook for us from her kitchen, fresh ingredients, in every meal, any way let me tell you dinning area super clean, best part the way they make you feel when waiting on us, no offence Never seen it in America, excellent job , yes they work for their tips in a very tactful manner, before I forget, 4 adults we paid under 50 dollars for breakfast, Pool super clean as well, Yes I would stay there again, close to the boarder, and to the best hospital in Mexicali Baja, trust me you will get your money's worth.

I went to a course, they offered us to eat, they took our order, my dish different from what I ordered, I brought divorced chicken enchiladas (red and green), the steak ended more than cooked, I did not put but, I was already upset by the meat that looked like leather, when I ate it, I was awarded, two hairs, that by voice of the waiter, no one in the kitchen had that type of hair, with a smile from ear to ear

I have been a business guest at this hotel several times over the last year and have always had the same problems. All rooms are ramshackle and cold, whatever exhibition you choose. The air conditioning system does not work in any room and even when heating is selected only cold air comes out. No Complimentary Kit is available and the towels provided are dirty. During my last stay, a professional cart was damaged during transportation from the airport to the hotel and the manager refused to refund the damage, not even responding to emailed communications. Looks like the hotel doesn't have insurance either. The reception and restaurant staff are attentive and always friendly and professional. Sono stato ospite per affari in questo Hotel diverse volte nell'ultimo anno e ho riscontrato sempre gli stessi problemi. Tutte le camere sono fatiscenti e fredde, qualsiasi esposizione si scelga. L'impianto di condizionamento non funzionamento in nessuna camera e pur selezionando il riscaldamento esce solo aria fredda. Non c'è nessun Courtesy Kit disponibile e i teli forniti sono sporchi. In occasione dell'ultimo soggiorno mi è stato inoltre danneggiato un trolley professionale sobre transportation dall'Aeroporto all'Hotel e il Manager si è rifiutato di rimborsare il danno non rispondando neanche alle comunicazioni inviate via mail. Sembrerebbe che l'Hotel sia anche sprovvisto di assicurazione. Personale della Front Desk Reception e Ristorante is always attentive, gentle and professional.
