City Junior Tijuana Otay

I had the worst experience with this hotel. I made my reservation two days in advance (Tuesday 21st for 23-24th October), dropped off my credit card and even signed up for your Marriott membership. In addition, I called ahead to confirm my arrival after midnight, indicating that I would arrive at approximately 1:00 a.m., which was recorded. I got the evidence where it's left of Whatssap and calls Upon arrival, the receptionist named Diego informed me, unempathetically and without offering alternatives, that my reservation had been cancelled and that there were no longer any rooms available, even though my reservation was still active according to the Marriott customer service area. Unfortunately, there was no coordination between the hotel and the central office, and no interest in providing me with a solution. I ended up on the street at 1 a.m. looking for accommodation in an unknown city. A disappointing experience to be a hotel operating under the name Marriott, where one expects professionalism, empathy and compliance with its booking policies. My recommendation, never use the City Express Junior by Marriott Tijuana Otay hotel or any of the Marriott chain.

Excellent hotel. Super clean and well maintained. Since the taxi dropped me off at the door, all the people were very helpful to me. I thank Katia for her attention, she was very friendly and gave me recommendations from the place. I'd definitely come back. If you come to Tijuana I recommend it a thousand times!
