The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It has two pools that operate until 22:00 but there is no light in them, so it does not generate confidence to get in, because as it is in the middle of the jungle, there could be animals or insects. The staff is friendly. However, they do not have adequate cleaning; although it is almost in the middle of the jungle, they do have the structure and staff to keep it clean, but they do not. We killed a wasp, a spider and found ants in bed. Ah! And they won't let you pass food and drinks from outside the hotel -_-

It seems that this hotel had a big fire some time ago. It is easy to see the remains, and that doesn't add to a good experience. They should clean up and rebuild. Breakfast was poor, and the service was mediocre. I took a look in the neighborhood, and found better options to stay closeby.

This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean enough and it was good to have a pool for the hot afternoons, but the concept of service was lost on the place. Checkin was difficult as although reception is 24hrs, the evening staff do not seem trained. There was one towel in a king room and difficult to get more. Food was ok but expensive
