Beds were incredibly hard. I needed to sleep on top of pillows to make it through the night. A lot of noise: thin walls. Towels were terrible. Hot water though!

Re: Your recent stay at Hotel Jovel I want to make a special mention and thanks, for the ladies: Tavita, Santy and Emilia, who has a heart of gold, make one feel like family, giving and wishing for nice things that feel like heart, the hotel talking about architecture is just magical, they transport you to the past, which I guess is the idea, you breathe an immense peace, something that if or if I have to highlight and that I loved, is that they have dogs where they ask the guest to be respected a certain time of night, it is really appreciated, what if I would like to mention also and (not by way of claim) is that they could improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms , there is quite a lot of mold on the walls and floors, which I am sure with a little chlorine is solved, another thing that I would have liked is that they have had a little attention, for people who will celebrate birthday cin you (it is not comparison) but in a hotel that we arrived in tuxtla the first day (this being simpler) they put a happy birthday sign and some balloons, which for many maybe is not a big deal, but are details that make the difference, it is just a recommendation to remain the best. The internet is not good at all, the staff's attention is of the best, as parking is inconvenient, it's extremely far and the streets at rush hour move slowly, the bed is somewhat hard, the location is very good, the staff's attendance and advice are unbeatable, I would go again.
