I have often travelled in Mexico, but this is easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, given that it belongs to the Hilton chain. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel looks shabby. The rooms all had very old fitted carpet which looked unhygienic. No hand shower in the bathroom. The A/C was very loud and difficult to control. At breakfast the choice of dishes was never sufficient so that one permanently had to ask for more. Kitchen and breakfast staff were not very friendly. No decent orange juice. But worst of all: all crockery and cutlery was plastic and styrofoam. Opposite the room we were first assigned, very loud music was playing from some bar until very late at night. Fortunately, a friendly receptionist on night shift changed rooms without further ado. Water bottles were first free, but later we were charged 10 pesos per half-liter bottle. On the last day a notice appeared in the lift, saying that from Monday until Friday the water would be switched off from 11 am until 3 pm, due to maintenance (see photo). This hotel urgently needs a better management.

Rooms as to be expected from Hilton property.
Friendly helpful service and reception, good breakfast.
Valuable shuttle service to airport .
Big plus : we were able to leave our car for several days at the property because airport parking is extremely costly and unsafe.

Service at the front desk is awful, unprofessional and cuddly.
Especially by DORA BELTRAN
Stay away from this hotel is a long way from meeting one-hilton standards.
