Don't stay in La Quinta!! My stay was to celebrate my birthday, we were three people. I sent them a message on whatsapp because on Facebook they gave me that instruction to deal with my complaint, but they never responded. I had requested some details if they included it because I was celebrating my birthday but they didn't do anything special. We arrived and when we checked in we got the wrong room, my reservation specified that it was two beds and there was only one, I went to reception and they said it was what I had asked, but within 5 minutes they vacated the one I was supposed to ask and changed us. We stayed two nights and never picked up the trash or cleaned the room. They mention as a amenity a hot tub, but we wanted to use it and it was dirty, we asked and they said it broke down. This was in October, more than 6 months have elapsed and they never dealt with my complaint, not by whatsapp, not by messenger, not by phone, because when I called I was told that the manager was not there. And by message they wouldn't even give me his name. A fiasco the truth this hotel. I do not recommend it in any respect.
