It is a very cozy hotel. Everything is indoors. Even the pool is covered but very naturally lit, with a glass roof. The rooms, super comfortable, with everything necessary. We go to Ciudad Juárez often, but it is the first time we have stayed at that hotel. The hallways have very clean carpet, just like in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, besides being clean. The pool, regardless of the city's extreme weather, is heated; you can spend all day in the water without problems from the sun or the cold. Breakfast is a buffet, not continental like in other hotels. They serve fruit, stews, eggs to order, pancakes, waffles, juices, flavored waters, coffee; it is very complete. We booked 2 connecting rooms, since my daughter was going with two babies and us, so each of us in our own room but connected by a door, super good. The decor is also very nice. In addition to having access to a Sanborns, both the restaurant and the store. Our stay was excellent.
