Comfort Inn

I stayed one night at this hotel, I thought that its location is quite good, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is ok. On the plus side, I did not expect they would have a pool, they do. Not big, but is ok On the down side, the ac is not very good. The AC are the ones that have some locks on modification, you are able to move temp up to a level, but other than that is already set. Which, for a place with extreme temperatures might be a problem for some. But overall is a nice hotel for business stays and maybe family if you are flexible...

I have stayed at this hotel before, it's very clean and breakfast it2 good! The only thing I dont like is that they go in your room when your not there and turn off the A/C. And lately it gets so pack that you have to wait to eat breakfast and they set up tables around pool to eat but the sun too much, So you end up all sweaty. And the reason i wont go back, is because their was a big family in the pool, maybe 45 to 50 people and my room was by the pool. They were drinking had an amplifier by the pool and were super loud, I had never seen that, and I reported, but manager was not there and it was close to midnight when they finally got them out. When you let guest run the hotel and dont enforce rules, that affect other guest. You loose business ,like mine and I travle to Monclova at least once a month!

The whole team are fantastic. They are always cheerful and, above all, extremely efficient. The rooms are extremely well maintained. The breakfasts are a great start to the day. The restaurant food is among the best in Monclova; and the location is excellent. Well done everyone!
