Excellent quality of service and the safekeeping of a jacket I forgot; I am very grateful and satisfied.

We stay here every year. This latest trip my wife sat in a chair in our room that was broken - she fortunately wasn't hurt but the chair's condition must have been obvious to housekeeping. The TV remote was missing, the desk gave me a replacement. The TV was set up so I could not plug a HDMI into it and watch Netflix. Very unusual these days. Lastly, I asked for a 3:00AM wake-up call that never occurred. Fortunately we woke up in time without the call. I reported the broken chair and missing remote and have not been charged for either (yet)... I like the hotel's location and will probably stay here again but the last visit was not good.

We had driven for 8 hours and were looking for a place that would take our mini schnauzer; Stitch. The Hampton didn’t advertise Pet friendly but after looking at Stitch they said, “Yes”. The rooms were comfortable, a nice gym to accommodate my needs and the Free Breakfast was exceptionally great tasting. I gotta say the Free breakfast was probably the best we’ve had on our trip so far. Something that wasn’t expected but greatly appreciated. We’ll be back
