The best part of the hotel, without a doubt, is its excellent location and the attention from the staff. The service is very good, and I want to highlight the work of the manager, Laura, who is very attentive, and Alondra. However, it is evident that the place is already quite old. The owners should invest in remodeling and maintenance, as the hotel has a lot of potential, but the facilities are falling behind. If they updated the place, the experience would be perfect thanks to the great team and the location they have. 📍🏨✨ 👩‍💼👏🥇 🛠️💸📉 👵🏚️🔄

This hotel is loud and unsanitary. Not all rooms have air and is extremely small. You do get what you pay for. If you want a restful night go to another hotel. The personnel does not work with clients or help with checkouts. The are rigid and unwavering. The prices may increase, but the upkeep is non-existent. When I first walked in, it reminded me of when we used DDT to kill insects. Porbably are still using this chemical that is deadly to humans. I would rather pay a little more and stay healty. I strongly discourage anyone from stayin in this facility.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, the bathroom shower was small. There was cable TV with English and Spanish programs. The staff was polite and nice, especially the maids. They provided us with 2 bottles of water instead of 1 each day. Enjoyed the lobby with microwave, coffee and Internet access to check email (no printer). Located in downtown and next to an Oxxo.
