It is amazing how the hotel lost quality in every way. If the hotel is undergoing renovation, it should at least offer options and provide adequate service according to their rate and the level they are supposed to have. VERY austere rooms without amenities. The area of Alberca where the Bar was set up, looks like a popular beach resort families camping, with rafts of potatoes, cakes and children running and wet and screaming at 10 at night. You can't be... it's a shame for years I've come to this hotel but no longer

Very good service from the staff in resection and the very clean rooms, has a pool and a nice little bar near the entrance, the location in an area that allows you to move quickly anywhere in the city along the wide avenues

So we thought we would book the Master Suite to have a more relaxing experience. Don't waste your money. 1. No cable and internet is spotty for TV, most channels will say "internet not available" 2. Coffee in room is over a year old (see pic) 3. Thought awesome shower heads shown in pic would be relaxing. Didn't work and mold in shower (see pic) 4. Jacuzzi in bathroom is broken (see pic) 5. Pool - where do I start. They rented the pool area (which is indoor and VERY echoey) to 15 young boys who jumped into pool screaming for 4 hours... could hear them from my room and throughout hotel. When I mentioned to front desk that pool should be for guests, he laughed 6. Pool area never gets cleaned up. Our towels from one day were still there the next day along with trash. 7. No ice machine on any floor works - have to go down to un manned bar and wait 7. Here's the plus - housekeeping for bedrooms is AMAZING... kuddos to them! 8. Another plus - restaurant open until 11pm. Sweet!
