No hot water or A/C, the service was horrible and no one seem to care that there was no hot water or a/c not working, restaurant food was old and staff had a bad attitude no managers to speak with and even after one was requested don recommend at all stay away !!!!!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I booked a standard suite, and it was perfect. This time I booked a junior suite for convenience. Unfortunately, the A/C wasn't working, the fridge was not running, and the freezer was moldy. We got another suite. The refrigerator had no bulb, and the hot water wasn't that hot. There was not enough hot water either. So, save your money and opt for a standard room.

This was my first time at this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights. Personnel is extremely cordial. They are taking extra precautions during pandemic times, and you can do your check-in online to minimize contact. The room was clean, and housekeepers are attentive. Parking is free and requires validation. It is close to a hospital, which is very convenient if you are traveling for medical purposes, and across Tec of Monterrey if traveling for academic/conference purposes. Not a noisy hotel (my room faced the pool), just the occasional slamming of doors by next-door guests.
