Our experience at the hotel was incredible, in large part thanks to the wonderful entertainment team. I want to give a very special recognition to Brenda, Octavio, and Alexa for their professionalism, charisma, and inexhaustible energy every day.
They managed to make every activity fun and inclusive for both adults and children, always maintaining a smile and the best attitude. Their talent in the shows and the warmth in their treatment make a big difference in the stay. A 10/10 team that really loves what they do!
"I hereby highly recommend Estrellita and Zeferina for their excellent performance in the area of sales and customer service.
