Sierra Mar at Tesoro Manzanillo

This is the third time we have arrived at the hotel and in general everything is super good, facilities, food, services, attention, staff, cleanliness, etc. We love the hotel and the little ones even more. The only drawback for which I do not rate it as excellent this time is that the room's air conditioning would not lower the temperature.

Good service and good facilities, only a bad experience at the dinner show event that took place on the 12th; upon arriving there were no longer any seats available and when requesting help from some waiters, we were told to look for available chairs ourselves and upon not finding a place at the tables we requested help again and we were not helped with our problem, they were not empathetic at all, we had to eat dinner with the plate on our laps and they did not come over to see if we needed anything either, they just passed by and kept looking at us, for which it was a very unpleasant moment with the lack of empathy on the part of the night waiters.

Everything was very comfortable and quiet.
