Very good service during the stay and when I left I forgot an iwatch I left it loading and realized until I got home. I called and they helped me get it back. Thank you to everyone involved for their service.

Dirty bathrooms, dead scissors down the TV cabinet, breakfast without season, without variety and very expensive, our whole stay was at a very high price. We ordered a taxi to the airport and because of its ineptitude we almost missed the flight.

The service of the staff was generally excellent, at check-in they were very friendly, they worked out some details immediately, throughout the stay the staff was very helpful, everything would indicate that it would be a very pleasant experience of accommodation, however at check-out the lady who said she was the manager on duty named Fernanda, did not have the ability to be resolvable with an extra charge of insignificant 40 pesos, contradicted herself, and in the end allowed something so small to escalate to a degree of major annoyance leaving us with a rather bad perception of the image of the hotel, the person did not wear uniform, gafette or anything identity related to the hotel, I feel that if they leave someone in charge should have conflict resolution capacity with focus to the satisfaction of the client, which she did not have, before arriving at her I would recommend 200% the hotel, after passing with her we do not return or recommend it, one person can destroy the work of all others.
