Real Azteca Hotel

We booked this hotel for 2 day visit in Leon , Gto. It seemed a nice hotel very conveniently located , walking distance to shopping areas famous in Leon , but in the moment we arrive and after entry to the hotel , we were received in a bad mood for a receptionist that Non only was rude, but also lost our receipt and ask me to make the transaction again ! . At the moment we were in our rooms we were dissapointed , this hotel is like one star hotel , in bad condition and very low quality hard beds . Seriously not recommended , we just looked in another hotel , which was seriously super beautiful and very accommodating . Please don't stay here if you want to have a good experience in the area.

I found the staff cordial and accommodating, the location is very convenient. The bathroom in my room had some plumbing problems and the towels low quality. This said, I wouldn't stay here again only because there are better deals in this city. However, I'm sure other people may have better luck. I didn't want to complain.
