Suites Mexico Plaza Campestre

I booked this hotel for a bit more than a week. On the second day , there was no hot running water. Two days in a row that i took a shower with cold water. On the third day, air conditioning unit went out during the night. Percipitation running of the A/C drenched the bed sheets and some of my clothes. I did adress these issues and was offered another room. There was a complementary one day breakfast for this however for the 3 -4 days that issues took i do not this that this was correct. Further more a was cloth was dirty to to the cleaning of the my dirt on shoe(nothing a good laundry can take out) for this mater i was charge 100 pesos to replace the wash cloth. It felt the hotel was trying to recuperate the cost of the of the complimentary breakfast. I finally desided enough was enough, and left a day early from the original booked days. I was asked at the beginning to pay all up front. Now it is a week past my stay and have not received a reimburstment. Not a pleaseant experience and would not recommend hotel

We have been coming here for the past 5 years and every year we have not been disappointed. The renovation of the entire property has breathed new life into this facility. New furniture in the rooms and decor is very tasteful The front desk staff were extremely helpful in their new appointed surroundings

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Mexico Plaza Campestre. It is in a good location. Just outside the city but walking distance to most attractions if you can make it across the highway lol. Also the hotel provided transportation for a reasonable price. We also appreciated that most times they had a staff member there that could speak or at least understand english enough to help us with any questions we might have. Between the bit of Spanish that we know and the bit of English they knew we made it through the week. We stayed here with a large group for a wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed the rooftop pool <3 I see us booking another stay in the future.
