Terrible service. It does not have air conditioning, the elevator does not work, rooms with poor lighting since it does not have all the light bulbs, no television in the rooms, customer service from the staff is very bad, all this to the point of having to change hotels in the middle of my vacation.

HORRIBLE, do not waste your money here. There is no air conditioning, there are cockroaches, the walls and ceiling are falling down, the bathroom is all gross and you cannot sleep well. A total disaster, do not be fooled.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience in this hotel, it was the hotel of my childhood, the drawer and we wanted to remember old times but nothing to do with what was before I understand that they have gone through bad times that are out of their hands (quakes, hurricanes etc) but the rooms smell of cat pee, no Internet access in the rooms, the TV very old and without signal, the breakfast buffet very scarce and very bad for the price (we prefer to eat elsewhere). And to finish her staff unkind, the receptionist super rude, high-handed, poorly educated and with an attitude that does not even make you want to ask. I don't even want to come back And even recommend it.....
